His journey spans over 40 years, navigating roles as a contractor, consultant, and technology pioneer, culminating in his leadership at Waste’n WaterTech. Dave’s forward-thinking approach has solidified his status as a key influencer in Canada’s wastewater treatment landscape and ignited the creation of NeutraTek.

With over two decades dedicated to advancing wastewater and sewage odour control in North America, Shan embodies the spirit of innovation that NeutraTek champions. His academic achievements, highlighted by a Ph.D. in sewage air treatment from Carleton University, along with a rich background in air pollution control from the National University of Singapore, equip him with unparalleled expertise. His journey includes significant contributions to Ambio Biofilters, enhancing NeutraTek’s technological arsenal following its acquisition by Waste’n WaterTech.
